Yoga Brunch

Designed to offer the chance to breathe, stretch and eat, putting life on pause to share experiences with a group of new people with similar interests, overlooking the stunning landscapes of The South Downs.

Join private yoga teacher and health and wellness coach, Gracie, for an hour yoga session created to compliment the beautiful surroundings here at The Ox. The class, weather permitting, will be taken on our decking area with 360 views of hills. If on the day outside yoga isn’t possible, the class will be held in one of our bright and airy rooms which also boast some of the best views in Sussex.

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious two course brunch menu put together by the chefs here at The Ox using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients to hand. The dishes will be served with fresh juice and a tea or coffee of your choice.

The idea behind the event is to bring back social dining, where you can share ideas and experiences with new people. We hope to create a community which people will return to time and time again.

The event will run once per month and we very much look forward to seeing you there.

Tickets are £30 and must be bought in advance. Tickets include an hour yoga session and a two course brunch, including juice and tea or coffee. If you have any dietary requirements, please contact us to ensure we can cater for you. Classes start at 9.00 am, but please arrive 15 minutes before hand to set up.
