Head chef Neil Wakefield has confirmed that our new summer menu will be launched in the first week of June!
The new season's menu will be full of great locally-sourced produce, including squid, sea bass and hake from Eastbourne, as well as lamb (for the new Ox 1/2 pounder) and beef from Brains Butchers in Willingdon.
We look forward to welcoming you over the summer months to enjoy this new menu, as well as our Sunday lunch barbecues, weather permitting, on the deck.
